there is a reason why tony doesnt sleep as much as people normally do—its because if he does get a decent amount of sleep hell have too much pent-up energy and want to do too many things at once and then he demands coffee because he always drinks it its like his drink of life he cant just not drink it so he drinks that and it makes him even more hyper and he just wont shut up and will start operating heavy machinery and trust me that is the last thing you want him to do when he cant even stay still
